Production

Over an area of 5000 m², we produce components in small-, medium- and large-scale series production made from all commercially available thermoplastics. In order to achieve this, we use state-of-the-art one- and two-component injection-moulding machines of various sizes as well as CNC-controlled loading and unloading devices.

A high degree of automation over the entire process – by means of integrated ink-metering devices, modern granulate-drying systems, a central material supply and automatic assembly and testing, for example – helps to ensure effective production.
